Our Price Protection Promise is valid for 30 days from the original product delivery date.

To be eligible for a price protection refund, the following conditions must be met:

- The price reduction must occur on the Furnapp.shop website.
- The lower price must be verifiable at the time of your claim.
- Your request must be submitted within the 30-day coverage period.
3. How to Request a Price Match Refund
To initiate a price protection claim, please follow these steps:

- The refund will then be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days to post to your account.
5. Exclusions
Our Price Protection Promise does not cover price differences in the following situations:

- Price changes that occur after the 30-day coverage period.
- Price differences resulting from the use of limited-time, one-time-use promo codes or credit card benefits not offered directly by Furnapp.shop.
- Clearance items, final sale items, or custom-made/personalized products.
