3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or commercial use.

  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance, including the use of harsh or abrasive chemicals.
  • Acts of Nature: Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or other external causes beyond our control.
  • Products Sold "As-Is" or "Final Sale": Any product clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

5. Shipping for Warranty Service

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated returns address (44394 Apache Circle, Ashburn, VA 20147, United States) for warranty service.
  • Our Responsibility: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

6. Limitations and Governing Law

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED FOR FURNAPP.SHOP PRODUCTS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. FURNAPP.SHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
